Critique Process
The critique process varied in many different ways. Wether it was choosing somebody to read over the story, or working with Betsy Morro who was an author. The process was that the first person reads their story out loud and the people hearing the story give verbal feedback that the person could write down. Getting my story critiqued so many times made me feel that story was constantly making progress and I thought was very useful in creating my final draft. The final draft critique we did things a little differently. We got critique from the teachers to make final edits before preforming.
My preference of critique is choosing my group of critique mates because in the past I always get bad experience with critique and I feel I leave the group not knowing what I could improve so I make sure to try and push for a group who I will know will give me helpful critique and so that I could do the same. Personally I think small group of critique work best for me and giving critique verbally and directly onto the paper because they have something tangible to walk away with, also an explantation for the critique.
